SSL shows C10 HD compact digital audio console (21/7/2009)

SSL will be demonstrating the C10 HD, a new compact digital audio console that solves many broadcast and production challenges with innovative operational features that simplify or automate key processes, including 5.1 upmixing and dialogue automixing.

With the state-of-the-art Blackrock processor at its core, C10 HD helps a wide range of operators to deliver professional results, thanks to an intelligently simplified user interface that matches features to the user’s skill level.

DSP processing and standard MADI input/out (I/O) are built right into the control surface, making the console straightforward and cost-effective to install. It also integrates seamlessly with industry-standard broadcast automation systems.

ALSO ON DISPLAY:

* C100 HD-S. The C10 HD’s bigger brother the C100 HD-S is a fully scalable dedicated broadcast console that is proven in high profile installations worldwide. C100 HD-S delivers unrivalled audio quality and operational capability in an outstanding user interface. C100 HD-S which also uses Blackrock processing, will be available for demonstration alongside SSL’s Modular I/O and Resource Sharing systems.

* Duality. Duality is a hybrid; it combines a classic SSL large format analogue audio console with state of the art DAW controller in a single control surface. Available with dual redundant PSU Duality is finding fans in live music broadcast and post production applications worldwide.

* SSL I/O Solutions. The popular Alpha-Link, Delta-Link and high channel count MADI based PCIe audio interfaces will also be available for demonstration.
