At NAB 2005, Leitch Technology Corporation, along with its Videotek division and newly acquired company, Inscriber, will showcase a variety of new products that further extend its high-definition offerings. Visitors to the show can see how Leitch products allow broadcasters to store, process, edit and route in both standard and high-definition formats, transitioning facilities to high definition using the company's flexible, future-proof platforms.
On display will be Leitch's new X75HD up/down/cross converter, the NEXIO HD server and new software for its award winning VelocityHD non-linear editing system. For test and measurement Videotek is debuting its new TVM-950HD multi-format, high definition SDI monitor, with integral, high-resolution colour LCD.
Inscriber will be showing its Inca Station which is redefining master control graphics by being the first on-air system combining logo, multiple real-time data crawls and DVE capability to maximize viewer impact and retention. Also on display will be InfoCaster a powerful out-of-the-box solution that quickly creates the impressive multi-zone on-air look for digital signage, broadcasting, satellite and cable applications.
